Returns Policy

Returns Procedure Last updated 1st September 2019

We are extremely proud of our returns rate of less than 0.3 percent, despite our exceptional inspection routines we accept that from time to time problems can occur.

We offer our customers the security of a 12 months warranty on all manufacturing and product faults.

We ask our customers to follow the returns procedure has highlighted below.

We simply ask our retailers to recover the damaged article from the end customer.

Return Procedure.

1. The first step is to report the fault by telephone/email/text or whatsapp.

2. We require a photograph of the product highlighting the fault.

3. In the case of damage to the fabric we ask these faults to be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection, in many cases this kind of fault can be caused by customer or delivery damage due to mis-handling.

4. Upon receipt of your message we will acknowledge the fault and investigate.

5. We will advise you within 48 hours if we consider the fault to be due to a manufacturing or product fault.

6. If the item is faulty we will arrange to issue a replacement, if you do not have the faulty item available for collection we will charge for the replacement item and issue a credit at a later date on receipt of the faulty item.

7. All returns must be in original or replacement packaging, if items are damaged further during transportation we may not be able to issue a refund.

8. As a wholesaler we are unable to accept returns from orders cancelled by your customers.

Our returns policy is extremely flexible and fair and is reviewed on a continuous basis.

Please note all our recliner sofas with a box weight of over 65kg (3 Seater) are subject to a weight limit of 135kg. Box weights of less than 65kg (3 Seater) are subject to a weight limit of 110kg.

Please note we cannot be responsible for damage that we consider to have been caused by couriers, delivery drivers and retail customers. Any such damage is normally caused by bad handling and can be highlighed in our handling section.
