Handling

Our returns policy states that we are not responsible for damage which in our opinion has been caused by bad handling.

All goods are subject to a rigorous examination before they are boxed which includes a photograph record of each item. All items are checked before despatch to ensure that no damage has been caused to the box.

The only way products should be handled is by a two man lift or on a porters trolley.

Handling damage is normally caused by one man pushing or dragging boxes. Any damage caused in this way will not be the responsibility of RS FURNITURE.

Once damage of this nature has been caused the product warranty is considered invalid.
